The French national horse betting company PMU and its subsidiary company TV network Equidia have chosen Mobibase to carry out the mobile integration of the Quinté races over the PMU mobile services. Movies are classified under 5 categories : all publics, forbidden under -10 years old, -12 yo, -16 yo, -18 yo). However the criteria to classify a movies in such category remain vague or subject to interpretation. Criteria range from “can cause trouble” or “can cause physical, mental or moral disorders” or “very important violence”. The CSA is merely requested to state over such kind of works as networks and movie theater show very few horror movies. However with the development of web or mobile videos, horror movies are granted with an easier access and limited control. This is why Mobibase produced a detailed list horror content according to each CSA categories. This work of classification established the first charter on horror content publishing for new media in Europe.

Game Production is a company specialized in video gaming and producer of the TV program “Push Start”. Game Production has chosen Mobibase to broadcast on mobile “Push Start” as part of Mobibase game TV channel “Gaming TV”.
